Returns - 30 Days to Make up Your Mind


Jewelry and Gift Items are extremely personal decision, and we believe that every customer must be fully satisfied with his or her purchase. Here at Gems & Company, we take great pride in customer service and satisfy all your needs. That is why we give you a full 30 days to decide. If you are unhappy for any reason, just send the item back for a full refund or exchange (less shipping and handling charges). Jewelry that has no visible defect will be accepted for return only if the tag is still in place.

Shipping & Handling


We ship most jewelry within 24 to 48 hours when receiving your order. If there is any unavoidable delay over 30 days, you will be promptly notified and given the option of canceling your order. Most items are shipped via UPS Air and UPS ground unless you specify otherwise, and should arrive within 3-7 business days. However, items ordered together may not always be shipped together. Of course, we only charge your credit card once we have shipped your order. If you have a P.O. Box and also outside USA street address, we will ship Parcel Post. For delivery outside of the U.S. there is a charge of $25.00 per address; Canada is $8.00. When you need a gift quickly, Gems & Company will gladly ship your order overnight air for an additional charge of $6.00 per address on most items.
